经常住的一个酒店,各方面不错,就是这次门前停车的一个高个保安态度好恶劣,影响心情

酒店的环境很好， 我已经入住过很多次了。但是离5星的标准， 硬件还可达标， 软件就不太行了， 不是人的问题， 而是管理的问题。 服务人员的态度很好， 但是通常的5星酒店的高标准的服务，没有体现！
