Staff is friendly ...breakfast is good..I arrive late at midnight and it is very quiet in the area, and there is lots of smog in the air. Lucky I use hotel car....
酒店配套设施好 ，前台服务态度也不错，早餐也挺鞥福，唯一缺点是位置比较偏，周边环境还有待发展

前一阵子在网上订不到其他酒店，幸好还有正方元，酒店还不错，住过很多次了，不过有一点让我不解的是，房间衣橱里居然没有衣架！在五星级酒店里还没碰到过。
财务制度有待改进
酒店房间和早餐都不错。通过携程预订了1天，由于行程临时调整，延迟到6点退房，要加收半天。酒店财务要求通过携程加订半天，才能享受携程价。致电携程，携程无法订半天房。酒店前台按照财务要求按照门店价结算半天房费，多40多元。个人认为这样的财务制度不尽合理。而且耽误时间。

出差一直住这家酒店，离办公的地方很近，交通非常方便。环境清幽，感觉很舒适，服务员的服务也很贴心，感觉非常好，强烈推荐。。。

酒店的服务比较好，设施设备均比较新，房间卫生也挺干净，就是周边环境还有待改善，随着郑东新区的进一步发展，酒店的周边环境会越来越好的。
新酒店设施好
新酒店，设施很好，非常干净，早餐也很丰富，物超所值。唯一不好的是在郑州新区，周围的发展还够热闹。
