携程服务员给我说是什么准五星搞活动，结果除大堂外都不行哈，房间设施酒，洗澡间连玻璃门都没有，便池里面有黄色的痕迹，决不说谎。

酒店房间卫生很差，房间有蟑螂，空调不热，水不热，太遗憾了。
