Pearl Hotel Starlake

Very nice hotel, with very nice rooms. I was impressed by the comfort and design of the room, the soft mattress (very rare in China!!!), the bath room where you can have a small party in, en the general level of detail in the room.
It all felt very good. I will certainly book here again if I need to go to Zhaoqing once more. Sure you can find cheaper hotels there, but I am willing to pay extra to stay here.
Location is also quite convenient. A few minutes walk to the bus-station from where you can go to e.g. Guangzhou. And just around the corner some big shopping malls, shopping streets, and plenty of restaurants.

It is a new Hotel and everything is luxurious.
During Chinese Holidays the breakfast and dinner area is overcrowded and personnel have big difficulties to bring new food. 50% of food plates were either empty or no value items like cooked eggs or bread.
There is no cheese presented, we received only two small slices (5 cm x 5cm) after asking for it.
Overall experience is OK because of view over the lake.

Newly renovated hotel which means clean nice rooms. Expensive for Zhaoqing and services offered - nice room does not justify the price if nothing else works. Only one non smoking floor. Did not sleep well as other guests started to arrived 3am with prostitutes. Then the fun started. I got my peace until I was moved to other floor (smoking then of course..). The hotel did not itself remove the ones that were causing the havoc but instead of moved me. Will not stay in this hotel again.

1、去酒店当天下瓢泼大雨，酒店只有露天停车场及少量有简易棚架的停车位，当时雨下的好大，我们只能在停车场待在车内，酒店没有一个人过来送伞或者询问，好不容易等来一个人撑伞送客人上车，我们让他借个伞，等雨小一点再出去，那个人就很不耐烦，一直催我们要么还伞要么下车过去，当时雨那么大，地面的积水又深，那个人全身穿着雨衣，当然不理会我们的感受，当时令我感到非常生气。
2、酒店的环境还可以， 比较干净，房间内的布置不错
3、整体的服务如果满分十分，最多给到6.5分，入住及退房速度都很快，但是酒店人员始终令人感觉不够主动热情。

酒店硬件设施没异议,服务有待更人性化.下午刚住进去,晚上去就餐就说押金不够,挂不了帐.那为什么入住的时候不多保留些押金呢?然后第二天早餐又是同样问题.有点很硬性执行规定的感觉.但在肇庆还是很高兴有这样舒适的酒店.

我于5月21日离店时，将一本比较重要的书籍遗忘在房间里，直到返回北京时才发现。经与携程网联系，肇庆星湖明珠大酒店很快就将我遗忘的书找到，并用快递发给我（好像是大堂经理王小姐帮助处理的），第二天我就收到了寄回的书。在此特表示感谢！

Good location and good service. The room (delux single) is clean and large enough. The restaurant on the top floor is 360皏iew.

客户说还不错。楼下有喝早茶的地方，带客户去吃味道还不错。并且有KTV、桑拿一应俱全。

因为带客户到肇庆考察，所以我没有入住，但是听客户评价酒店不错。酒店的对面就是七星湖公园。吃饭和游玩都不错。酒店的设施也可以，服务态度不错。

肇庆星湖明珠大酒店地处肇庆端州中心地带，靠近沃尔玛，大润发，交通购物便利；而且设施齐全，住宿条件一流，不愧是外出差旅的好去处！
