太脏了，而且晚上很吵，价钱也不便宜。如果想要个好住宿环境的话还是选择别的酒店吧。房价里连个睡衣都没有。

在张家界呆了三天，感觉张家界整体服务很差，可是这家酒店服务很好！房间很干净，服务人员也不错，早餐也比较丰富，就是没有热茶、热咖啡，只有温茶、温咖啡，比较不爽，特别是天气很冷，早上喝不到热热的东西，还是很痛苦滴。
