Zhongda Hotel

is its location which is directly opposite the Yueyang Train Station. Otherwise, this is an old hotel that certainly does not live up to its 4-Star Accreditation. I tried paying for the room charges using my Visa but the hotel claims they no longer have the machine to swipe international credit cards. Ctrip has yet to update this so please be aware. The other problem with the hotel is its shower head in the bathroom which is not portable and it is a real hassle taking a shower without wetting your hair.

at this hotel. Was told by the staff that they had to turn the electricity off in order to save power because of a flood. The hotel has a generator but it was only used sparingly. Hence the rooms had no power but the dining rooms and restaurants were okay. The staff are simply not used to entertaining customers and when told that we needed a late check-out, they insisted that it was chargable and that they could not make any exceptions. We made a complaint to front desk about the lack of electricity and even then, there was no service recovery from the manager. Very bad service, poor attitude, badly-run management and it must be the Biggest Joke from Ctrip to give this hotel a 3-star rating! There are many other better hotels at the same price within the same vicinity

that I have ever stayed in. The air-conditioning in the room was not switched on and when I enquired, the hotel staff told me that it will not be switched on unless the temperature of the day is more than 28 degrees celsius. In the end, I was told to make do with a stand fan brought in by the housekeeping team so that I would stop perspiring at night.

酒店还可以，就是比较旧了一点，里面太大，显得很空旷，遗憾的是，在电梯里看到，可以领取地图，后来还是没有，感觉不太兑现承诺，还有，不知道我定的豪华双人间，与普通双人间有没有差别？

第一次出差住这酒店，在火车站对面。可能是冬天，没感觉火车站附近乱。酒店服务不错。下次来还愿意住这里。

酒店设施较陈旧，但房间卫生不错，早餐也很好。整体还是挺好的。

是挂牌四星的，但比较老了，对面就是岳阳火车站，觉得环境不好，房间设施老化，早餐不丰富，可选比较少，但网速还是不错的，不在乎环境的住这个还可以，尤其是在意网速的人。

性价比高。早餐不错但那牛奶实在不赶恭唯。
