by the way, the price is wrong in this website
when i was in YIWU, the double room is aroud 70 dollar

regular luxury hotel
but, the location is not very satisfied.

Price reasonable, Service fabulous, Breakfast very good. Next time I will again choose this hotel.

I went back to stay again two days later and was given room 1117 but to my surprise the room is still without coton buds kit,razor set,free mineral water but it was great that the receptionist who personally accompanied me has the matter immediately resloved.One serious problem I found this time was no light at the basement lift lobby and this was the 1st time I uused the basement carpark.It is very dangerous to walk and waited for lift in the darkness! Apart from that,all staff I ve met show great politeness and this is always a highstandard of this hotel!

When I first checked in at room 8008 on the first night, no free mineral water,razor set ,cotton buds set.When I called for razor set and the hotel asked me to pay for 10 RMB.I was confused and the answer given was my room is on special rate so they dont provide free rezor.This is rediculous for a 4.5 star hotel and it was not stated in the booking condition.I changed to room 1007 the next day for a non smoking floor and to my surprise everything was provided this time.When I brought this matter to the reception when check out and was told that it must be a mistake earlier.i suggestthe hotel management must ensure such thing does not recur as this is part of the very important facilities a 4.5 star hotel must provide in the toilet/bathroom.Also the aircondition for both the rooms were not cold .One thing I need to praise is the exellent staf you have especially the western F&B waiteress/waiters whom have provided excellent service and politeness during my breakfast and dinner time, Congrats on that!

去东阳办事，顺便带老婆儿子玩一下。

酒店是不错的酒店，房间够大，够档次。大床房的大床也够大（两张拼一起的）。
价格不算高，位置比较偏，附近没有什么购物，餐饮的地方。
第一天办事，自己吃了早餐，老婆儿子就睡了懒觉，早餐自理了。
至此，我的印象是： 性价比很高的酒店，下次个人自驾出行，还可以选择。

为什么“个人自驾”？因为携程订的的是只含单早。加一个人，60元。
好吧，60就60，我忍了。第二天早上带老婆儿子去吃早餐，结果被告知，大人60，不到1米2的小孩原价半价，44.才4周岁多的小孩，能吃多少。。？ 老婆当即表示不吃，回去了。
好吧，你们餐厅早餐收费要向专业餐厅学习，无可厚非。我只能选择不多花冤枉钱吃这个早餐，更可以选择以后再也不会住这里。谢谢。

环境很好，安静，舒服，房间和酒店太对得起这个价格了，原来华美达都是一样的好，虽然偏僻但是住的很好。下次要去还是首选

义乌的酒店，我总是觉得很奇怪， 这家一般般 ，没有好坏，和客户去义乌商务旅行，所以选了这家， 离小商品城还有一段距离

义乌海德建国酒店在义乌算是相当好的酒店啦,毕竟是由首旅建国酒店管理模式,入住时前台服务人员能快速的帮助办理入住手续,行李生能帮助入住客户将行李送入房间这些都是值得肯定的.
唯一不足之处,就是5月11日早上退房相对比较慢,并且前台服务把我的发票给开错啦,但是经过我的指正之后,能及时重新开具发票给我.
总之,义乌海德建国酒店服务能弥补这些不足之处,该酒店服务人员的态度及处理问题的速度是值得肯定的,我会再次入住该酒店.(该酒店性价比高)
留给酒店的建议:该酒店入住的外国人比较多,但是请酒店的管理人员及服务人员不要因为入住的外国人多而忽略了我们中国人,这一点是酒店应该是要改善的,不论是中国人或是外国人都是酒店的客人,都应当一样的看待.
