应该是某单位下属的培训中心，但也对外营业，房间设施不错，很干净，服务态度也很好，早餐品种略嫌单调。 地点比较偏僻，如果是自驾去天沐泡温泉，可以考虑住在这里，离天沐较近，价格比天沐便宜。

新开的酒店，周围本来就没有什么配套设施，酒店也是在摸索中运营，当然价格也要给力些。酒店价格在鲅鱼圈内已经算是高价了，这个价格不会给人太多吸引力的，建议，三星的定位就按照三星级标准的价格执行。
补充一下
周围交通不是很方便，因此，如果有自驾车的话，住在这里还是很不错的选择，至少车在这里还是很安全的。
自驾游可以选择
酒店不错，民企自办酒店到这个程度很不错了，装修水准接近四星了。服务一看就知道是经过正统资深行内人士安排的，但是服务人员素质还需提高。早餐最好再安排多谢种类。
