We received best service here among all the expensive to budget hotels we stayed in China. Of course the room was clean, comfort, new, modern, yet the service here are the best. Not only the warm greetings we receive everytime we step in or out of the hotel, but the attentive staff who really care about our needs - the housekeeper gave us some surprise everyday, a cushion as she noticed we brought laptops, fruit knife as we had apple on the table, small plant as we required non smoking room etc. You guys are the best!
Apart from all the above i love, their breakfast are just awful - don't waste your 15 yuan as better breakfast can be found just steps away. |
