Ramada Plaza Hotel

The room door is a dividing line for completely different services: in-room facilities and services are very good and satisfying but services in other parts of the hotel are very disappointing. It seems as if the Ramada group doesn't devote money to training new staff: I booked 2 nights but the reception staff only recorded 1; welcome drink was said to include beer but they didn't have any; service staff have difficulty understanding English; An important document of mine was eaten by the copier; the swimming pool was run by a private contractor and was very dirty...

CONCLUSION: if you are a business traveler coming in late and leaving early in the morning, then maybe this hotel would be good for you.

Both facilities and services are great but the location is kinda out of the way, around 20 minutes drive from the seaside. The surroundings are also just so-so, nothing interesting. Leisure travelers had better book a hotel closer to the sea or to downtown.

Reception staff did earn some praise, their service is considerate and warm. Bellhops are also kind and motivated to help guests. Breakfast was satisfying, as well.

这次是帮朋友定的酒店。由于抵达的时间等和酒店要求的地点时间有冲突，和酒店商量了一下，马上满足了要求。感觉很方便，酒店方也很体谅。

酒店出租率很高，房间被免费升级，房间有赠送的欢迎水果，很好。缺点是住店的大部分其他客人是旅游团的，晚上很吵，早晨一大早又开始吵，休息的不是很好。

酒店附近环境太差，步行离开酒店就没有去处了。价格对于五星来说算是便宜了，但是酒店配套设施也就是三星了。

房间很大，但是装修很差，给人一种空荡荡的感觉。。。

酒店的价格还可以，就是涨价不少，但是达不到五颗星的标准。服务一般。第一晚住了说网络不好，第二天还没去给弄，第二天回来的时候还是不能用，打电话说服务很不及时。很一般。

5月17日和朋友一起出差,办理入住手续等了很长时间,工作人员服务态度一般,环境比较整洁,卫生也很干净,但是交通有点不便,早餐品种还是蛮多的!
