Hotel is nice, room is clean with all basic necessities, no breakfast provided.Surrounding areas are mainly offices & shops; quite hard to find food especially at night, need to walk very far

总体来说还是不错的, 性价比比较高,地理位置也还不错,下次来烟台还会考虑入住.
服务周到
去住时正逢腰部有痛，在给家人打电话时说了，服务员给送了暖水袋！心里暖暖的！二次去时，给送了花篮，很香！加上服务员小张的贴心的话语，更是有到家了的感觉！希望酒店经理能够奖励服务员！
信价比高
从机场到酒店很方便。酒店中餐厅的饭菜比较可口，价格适中。会推荐给朋友。下次到烟台还会入住此酒店。
非我所想
酒店的整体不错，但是有一个致命的，就是半夜三更的（凌晨3点）给我房间打电话，吓傻了

交通便捷，地处市中心，酒店服务不错，服务人员热情周到，房间里配送报纸和小点心，很贴心。
有点旧
比较旧，总体感觉不是很好。地理位置还可以，老国营酒店。
