Xiaogan city centre. The hotel is still new while the rooms are spacious and clean. I like the layout of the Western restaurant where a buffet breakfast is served. This is also the only hotel that accepts Visa and international credit cards. There is a huge spa which is located on the annexe building that is definitely worth a visit. Will return to stay again.

酒店的房间和设施还是很好的，但可能是因为一楼的餐厅改造，早餐改在3楼很一般。其余都很好

孝感最好的酒店，除了周边环境差以外，其他都很满意。

据说是孝感最好的酒店，硬件还可以，比较新。但服务还跟不上，8点去吃早餐居然什么都没有了，一共20-30个客人，服务员居然说从没见过这么多人，没办法服务，等半个小时再来吃吧，晕！

让人失望的四星级酒店
没有想到四星级酒店竟然不开空调，非常热，无法入睡！找前台投诉，居然还振振有词！入住时电梯里有呕吐物，很失望！

我们全家2012年5月去的，酒店旁好像在施工，灰尘比较大，客房设施不错，房间太热不透气，房后好似有屠宰厂，猪叫非常惨烈，有点影响休息。小插曲：因我们全家三口一起，到房间时发现旁边的房间有服务员打扫卫生，就让女儿向她要一双拖鞋和一套牙具，她向我们收费，当时很气愤（去过很多地方，只要打个电话或说一声就会送来），接着我打电话到服务台，服务台圆满解决了。
