Pan Pacific Xiamen

very good hotel, nice and in good place. Clean enouth and low price

I stay in this hotel over 10 years, had few trial to stay in other Xiamen hotel. But it was wrong decision.
I warmly advise this hotel.

A tranquil best leaded hotel. We went there with our 2 little children, and they enjoyed it a lot. Perfect breakfast buffet for all tastes, healthy and best cooked, western and chinese-japanese. Even the travel agency in the hotel picked up somebody to help with translation. Always willing to help. We also had dinner there, sometimes buffet -great!- sometimes a la carte. Always exzellent, also for children. We used the gym facilities and the outdoor pool, though there the water was too cold.
The only suprise was, they charge the whole year 4% local tax on the prices offered by c-trip, so be aware of this.
Everything was well to get to by taxi.

I was looking for a comfortable stay and a bit pampering. I had booked the special offer available from ctrip and had asked for a room above 10th floor with a view of the harbor. The offer was available for rooms upto 19th floor. I got one on the 21st floor - maybe I was upgraded. Good.

Room & Facilities : Excellent furnishing. Very neat and clean. What you would expect from a good international hotel. I had stayed in only 1 pan pacific before in Kuala Lumpur Airport. This was way better than that (at a cheaper cost)

Check-in & Checkout : Very smoot and accomodating. Was allowed a late checkout at 2pm. Checkin was also smooth.

Food : Had the breakfast buffet. The spread was good and tasty. Lot of western options along with Chinese fare.

Location : within 10 minutes by Taxi from Gulangyu Ferry pier or the long distance bus stop. Within walking distance from the lake with a lot of nice cafes in the vicinity

Liked : Pretty much everything about it

Dislike : Nothing

Easy acces to the beach side where there are a number of restaurants and bars. restaurant in the hotel is very good too, a nice BBQ and very good buffet. Nice swimmingpool, nice terrace, clean rooms, no noise at all, very comfortable - we spent a perfect weekend in xiamen - good price for very good quality

酒店干净明亮，酒吧气氛很不错， 房间大小合适，卫生很好，地点出入方便，环境不错，步行5分钟是厦门的咖啡一条街，有些餐厅不错。

喜欢这个酒店，很舒服，前台服务好，房间内设备也很好，住的很舒服，下次应该还会在选择这家酒店的

酒店档次一般，服务很好，酒店设施一般，周围环境也可以。今后去厦门继续入住此酒店。周围购物也很好，小吃酒店很多。
