Great breakfast, wonderful beds that make you want to sleep longer, great Christmas ambiance in the lobby!

The room, breakfast, and so on are good. I hope a moe careful and detailed management for the check-in and out.

Great location in walking distance to the City Center (Wall, Drum-/ Bell Tower, Mosque and Muslim Quarter, restaurants and bars). Clean, comfortable beds, acceptable noise level and professional staff. Everything fine but missing a little bit the 'special extra' some charm that would make you feel emotional about the place or surprise you positively (except a quite cool architecture from outside and very spacious lobby).

We enjoyed very much being in this Hotel. The Building is big, massive, but the rooms are very clean, large and very confortable. The lobby is in a large internal open space like the Praha Hilton. The breakfast is very enjoyable, with a very rich buffet. We were very kindly welcomed and people were charming. I will only mention two things to be improved: A) double glazed windowsshould be used to soundproofing the rooms as the hotel is located in front of a busy area (and today windows are common ones. B) We werent informed on arrival that we get access to the executive floor and we discovered this very enjoyable part of the hotel (located top floor with very nice view on the town ramparts) on our last day in this hotel.

酒店比较老 但是位置还不错 交通还比较方便 总的来说 出差来住住还是可以的 在市中心里

酒店很大气干净，服务还算标准。早餐100元/位，有些不值。过酒店门口马路时一定要胆大心细，切忌冲动。

位于南门附近，位置不错可看到城墙，离回民街可不近，还是坐车吧。自己走了一次累的够呛。房间没什么好说的，老酒店都一样。基本上满意。

酒店地处西安南门对面，南门是唯一有吊桥的城门哦；设备和风格是偏老的，但服务人员的细致和体贴反而比有些国际五星的更好，门童很尽心地为我们去叫出租车，餐厅服务员也很热情周到。

硬件到了，软件还有差距！这么贵的酒店还不包早餐，性价比低。西安的五星级酒店越来越多，除了地理位置真没有什么可以跟国际五星级酒店竞争的。

酒店设施齐全，歺厅较佳，周围环境也不错。但房间小了些。
