Millennium Wuxi

To replace broken water kettle in the room took 2 phone calls and one visit to the front desk. It seems there's no follow up on anything requested..
Room was clean but the bathroom shows already signs that are in most Chinese hotels (mould in grout).
Breakfast was nothing to talk about. I wonder how they can fill so many meters of tables with so little to eat. Nothing healthy there to gulp down. Better save the breakfast in room price and walk to Starbucks (or whatever you fancy).
It took 30 minutes to check out. There was, luckily, 3 lines formed so there was nobody trying to jump the queue. There was not enough staff to handle the check out but nobody seemed to care about this.
If you do not require anything and you reserve time for checkout it's ok hotel to stay.

Hotel with international 5* standards, very near most companies in new district. Good Breakfast, large rooms, fast internet... No Complains at all!

I recently visited Wuxi on a business trip and was booked in to stay at the Millennium Wuxi. This is a true international 5 star hotel. The staff were extremely attentive and the service was wonderful - a special thank you to the staff member who tracked me down to my room and returned my mobile phone to me after I had left in the restaurant.

When we checked in to the room, it was huge. I had only booked a standard room, and I was told that this was the smallest room in the house - 48sqm. The bed was so comfortable and my wife loved the large bathroom with a real bath tub and a separate rain shower. The decor is very elegant and TV has a good selection of international cable channels.

The hotel has two restaurants, Japanese and International. The buffet breakfast was impressive, with real western sty;le sausages and bacon, and a great selection of other food to choose from. For dinner we tried the Japanese restaurant. The restaurant is designed like a traditional izakaya style restaurant you might find in tokyo with tatami rooms and all. The food itself was first class, can definitely recommend.

All in all, this hotel provided us with a great stay and I can highly recommend to anyone traveling to Wuxi to stay at the Millennium - you won't be disappointed.

自助早餐的咖啡机很棒，Latte很好喝。
温水泳池的水温是我游过最暖和的，很舒服。
房间挺大挺宽敞，卫洗丽增加了酒店的特色，很棒。
就是空调不是很好，我爸妈那间房打不冷，还好天气不是很热，夏天估计会有点热。
地下日本食品超市只收现金有点土。

说实话、性价比不是很高、首先酒店保安的服务质量相当差、一看就知道缺少教育、没有经过最起码的培训、实在不象五星级的酒店、其次部分保安部的领导素质也很差、领导出面并不解决问题而是在酒店门口和客人比谁的嗓门大！实在是缺少教养、怪不得带出的下属实在象地痞流氓！

这次也是商务出行，和同事一起，住了一晚。感觉房间卫生、酒店服务、设施等跟预期的一样，比较整洁、干净、房间隔音也还不错，整晚几乎没听到噪声，睡了一个好觉，下次还会选择这里的。

这是我出差无锡经常住的饭店。或帮客户订饭店也经常住这的。虽然离客户远一点，也喜欢住这。

游泳池不错，很大温度很好，有泡澡的泡泡浴床哦~
酒店早餐还可以，就是后面大工地，没什么外景可看
