Kempinski Hotel Wuxi

I like travelling in 3rd tier cities like Wuxi because I can stay in 5-star hotels for 1/2 the price of big cities. This hotel tried very hard to be 5-star. OK, they weren't perfect, but they were close. Gym was good, swimming pool big, breakfast OK, rooms quite comfortable. Only negative is location and fact they don't enforce their non-smoking floor policy.

A brand new hotel, 5 star, so i assume everything in good condition, despite the money spent. However, the bathroom became a 'pool' after i took a shower. It seemed there was some problems with the refurnishing. Hopefully the hotel could make improvement on this aspect.

Hotel hardware was really good and deserves the 5 star level, but the service staff has a long way to match its brand. Hope the hotel management team would pay more attention on this and build a true 5 star.

以前常住这里，喜来登开张后就常住喜来登，这次久别重回，感觉非常好。
酒店清洁很干净，早餐很好，有鲜榨果汁，但晚上自助餐就不如喜来登和千禧了，起码我吃的23号晚，海鲜都不新鲜，食品种类也比较少，比刚开张头两年差些，但连吃两天早餐都很满意。

住宿,餐饮,服务各方面都很好.如果一定要挑刺的话就是偶尔服务员在走廊里面讲话声音太大了一点. 另外酒店附近好像有块空地未开发, 视觉效果不好.

酒吧还是不错的，前台入住时晚上到的，人员有点少，等的时间稍微有点长。不过总体来说还可以了，床还是很舒服的。早餐相对100块钱的价格来讲，只能说是一般了，品种比较少，味道一般，鲜榨果汁还不错。

老牌酒店还是不错的，尤其是5楼的泳池，健身设施。早餐也不错，本来这次无锡出差想试试没住过的酒店，就在携程上选择了无锡线上最贵的半岛1881酒店，可是去了却发现完全被骗了，以后出门千万小心，还是选择老牌酒店吧

上午11点多入住时等了很久，有一间房直到下午1点左右才打扫出来，工作效率有待提高。

酒店服务特别好，虽然中午入住时，因为人多等了多一会，但还是很满意。
酒店早晚两次查房打扫卫生,这是其他从来没有的。
健身房非常好，游泳池也很大...楼下酒吧更是好....
