靠太湖边环境很好，可以沿着太湖散步，服务员挺热心，但没有大酒店规范。

酒店服务态度很好，设施尚可，地处闹市中心，出行方便。早餐也算丰富，孩子说，床和被子很舒服。冲澡水也大。
