Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan

Nice and clean environment, helpful staff, convenient transportation. Recommended.

I booked this hotel for my friend and he said it was OK. I can see myself stopping by this hotel on my next trip.

Bed was too soft, but breakfast was tasty. Not a bad choice.

This Shangri-la deserves its reputation and every one of its 5 stars. It's not always easy to travel with children, and hotels aren't always as accommodating as one would hope, but at the Shangri-la they really made me and my young daughter feel welcome.

From the moment we checked in, I felt we were taken care of--we had the good fortune to have the same woman at the desk when we checked out, and she not only made us feel at home when we arrived but remembered us upon check out and talked to my daughter about her adventures in the pool while I made an emergency phone call and took care of a few other unexpected mini-crises.

I also want to express my thanks to the housekeeping staff. My daughter left her diary in our room and didn't realized it until we got back home (we're living in Shanghai). I called the hotel and they delivered it to us immediately. I really appreciate their considerate and efficient service and special attention to my daughter, and I'll definitely stay there the next time I'm in Wuhan.

We drank tea in the lobby bar on check-in night. The waitress only came twice to add water for us during 2 hours. Every time when we hailed for the waitress, she always came very reluctantly and slowly.

One of my friends praised the waitress for her beauty, but it seemed that she couldn't understand English. She even didn't thank my friend. This is not what we expected in a 5 star restaurant.

酒店软、硬件都不错，服务好，地理位置也很好，价格也是最贵的了，下次一定还会光临的。
