Wuhan Jin Jiang International Hotel

I liked this place quite a bit. It's easy to get around town, the facilities aren't at all bad and the service is quite good.

What they say about the lake is true--I had an impressive view from my deluxe room. Even when the air quality was poor (most of the time), it was nice to have a view of the lake and some green.

Service and facilities are worth the expense and I was surprised to find that service staff called my name in the executive lounge.

The location is a big plus--very convenient to pretty much everything you need. My deluxe had a good-sized bathroom, which made a big difference after a few tiny ones on my business trip.

Complaints:

-It took far too long to find a bellhop.
-Also, the doormen were little help and I had to get my own taxi twice.
-I was told I had a couple of freed drinks when I checked in, then had to argue with the guy at the desk upon check out to get what they'd promised.


In short, the facilities are quite good, but the service has a long way to go.

Great hotel located in Wuhan's Central Business District. Very good facilities and nice views of the lake and city. In my three-night stay, I appreciated the large bathroom and comfortable bed (still a bit hard for my Western standards, but softer than many Chinese hotel beds I've known). On the whole, quite comfortable, though housekeeping could be a bit more on top of things--my room needed a vacuum when I checked in. Once I complained, however, they kept things clean for the remainder of my stay.

Service was better than I expected. Staff were courteous and helpful and always had big smiles for me.

I did't use the gym or try the restaurant, so I can't say anything other than they looked quite nice.

The only complaint I have is that it was really difficult to get a taxi, which is weird for a hotel with such a good location. The hotel forecourt is quite small and they don't let taxis park near the entrance, so it's a bit of an adventure--a couple times a doorman had to run out into the street to flag a cab down for me (part of that better-than-expected service!).

I used to stay in the Shangri-la on my Wuxi trips, but it's getting old and needs to be renovated. The Jin Jiang is my new Wuhan standby. Recommended.

I hailed a cab in the airport for the hotel and the driver did not know it well. It took a long time to arrive in the hotel.
Upon arrival, I went to the concierge for Wuhan map. To my astonishment, they replied why and they could give direction if I told them my destination.
After check-in, the bellboy volunteered to give a brief intro of the room facilities.

去武汉出差，选了离客户公司比较近的酒店。酒店地理位置不错，什么都很方便。因为没什么时间，所以也没怎么用设施。网络设备好像有点陈旧，服务员画了一个小时才把网络给我修好。
服务还是不错的

酒店离不算远，离火车站更近，交通很便利，通过携程订的票，但是不能送早餐，酒店的WIFI信号不强，只是大堂的好点！

同事出差时，帮同事代订的酒店，听同事回来反馈说还不错，各方面的性能也还算符合应有的水准。毕竟是品牌的酒店，一些配套设施还不错。

入住的是湖景房，所谓的湖也就是水塘那么大，所以湖景房也就是徒有虚名了。
另外，湖景房一侧有晨练的人一大早就打开了音乐，还有打陀螺锻炼的，不能安静休息。
790的价格有点性价比太低了。
