Ramada Plaza Tianlu Hotel

I stayed for 3 night during the National Day holiday, the room was well appointed, clean and very comfortable although on one night, I was woken by a very loud TV from the neighbouring room at 3am. It was disappointing that some services were closed because of the holidays. The staff were friendly and helpfull and their service very efficient. The buffet meals in the Skyview restaurant were enjoyable. My overall experience during this stay was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

I once stayed in Ramada Zhenzhou and it's very satisfying so I thought all the Ramadas would be at the same service level. But actually this Ramada in Wuhan is really disappointing. I would never return.

Dark carpet looks dirty and furniture also old. So-called revolving restaurant is only swaying, not really revolving. It's also very strange that the bellhop didn't allow us to stop in fromt of the gate but asked us to stop behind the building when i took a taxi back to the hotel, why??

I stayed in this Ramada for 3 nights in April. Check-in is very fast. We got a free upgrade. Service also nice. Only one complaint, we booked a morning call service at 6am but they called us 10 min later.

Location is great, handy to airport. The bellhop is very considerate and helped me with my luggage when check-in and check-out. will return.

my second stay, a second room upgrade.hotel needs a renovation. will still be my primary choice as long as the price no longer goes up.

The hardware (furniture and sanitary ware) is dated and up to 4 four-star standard, while its software (service and cuisine) is first-rate.

The attention to detail makes it a really special place.

酒店位置硬件虽然不属于豪华型的，但是房间布置挺舒服，服务感觉不错。第一次去武汉，所以对酒店位置没有感觉，出门走几步路有吃饭的地方。

开始预定的时候没有看评价、不然可能就换一家了、确实不像五星级酒店、免费升级到小套房了还是感觉很一般..而且很不赶巧的是、正好遇上酒店装修、前台移到了6楼、挺不方便的..总之、配套设施过于陈旧了、对于武汉的酒店价格来说、相对偏高了一点..当然、酒店的位置还是很不错的！

酒店处在闹市区，出行方便。房间设施一般，但装修设计很不错。因酒店正在装修，所以进出不是特别方便。此外酒店里的饭菜价格偏贵，饮料更贵。

到同济医院去办事，朋友们来了很多。我们都住在这里。信赖华美达的品牌，所以走到哪里都可以选择这里。
