Hotel nice and comfortable but it is better you go with someone who can speak Chinese.

Hotel was new. The lobby hall too small and my single queen room was too small too...

My complaints: first, temperature of shower water not steady; second, air-conditioner too noisy. I tried to low down the temperature but after a while it came back automatically. =(

I bought a Wenzhou map from the desk staff, and she charged me RMB 20 for it, but when I opened it only to find it's worth about RMB 5.

The onsite restaurant on the 2nd floor offers expensive dishes. 3 fishes, weighted about 0.86 kilo, RMB 168.

酒店的周边环境不错，对面就是外滩，房间设施等硬件设施还是可以的，但是房间布局不是很合理，电视就在写字台上方，这样不是很方便，可能是因为房间小的关系。早餐比预想的要好点，总之还算可以吧。

到温州经常入住的酒店，离出差目的地很近，方便。 酒店安静，温罄，蛮有情调。房间干净舒适，床体别好，达到五星酒店水准。 其他设施水准也高于国内其他四星酒店，标准配了烫衣设备，十分适合商务出差。

酒店的地段很好，就在瓯江边上的望江路，坐在窗前的椅子上看瓯江，很不错。
酒店的装修也挺新的。
虽然房间小点，但是一个人住够用。
酒店的早餐要步行上两层楼，品种不多，但是还可以。
总之在温州如果不问地点便利与否，住这家算是性价比高了。

＂13楼＂供应商说这是当初温州最高的楼，在当初算是很好的，网络很差，也没wifi,早饭很一般，但是这个价格真的很不错了

这次是出差选的酒店。在温州当地来说还是很不错的。床很大，很舒服。酒店设施还不错，能上网，液晶电视。不足之处就是房间不太隔音，还有周围居民区环境很乱。但总体来说挺好的，下次还会选这家。
