1. The door made me feel very unsafe, there was a big gap between the door and the frame and it looked as if the door couldn't properly be closed.

2. Shower water is too hot and difficult to adjust.

3. Room is not soundproof at all. a wedding ceremony was being held on 16 floor when I was there and the noises made me crazy.

4. Only a boy at front desk!! It's so strange.

5. the so-called sea-view room... I won't even mention it...

The location is good, right downtown. Facilities were satisfying and clean. Suggestions: Room rate should include breakfast; Food quality needs improvement.

当天有结婚的，有点儿吵。不过整体过程还是不错，服务，卫生。晚上休息的时候很静，早餐可是不怎么样。有待改进这。

环境很好，卫生一流，条件相当不错，是一个性价比非常好的商务酒店，以后去威海还住这儿！只是自驾游停车较困难（停车位很少），这也能理解，就在市政府旁边嘛！

客房宽敞，卫生状态比较干净，服务员比较认真敬业，环境尚可，比较适合商务出差人士入住，总台工作人员业务熟练及热情，餐厅菜品单调，备货不足，早餐价格合理，希望酒店大门店标（名）指导的要显目，总之是家不错的商务酒店。
