没见过这么差服务的酒店，交通又很不方便。不过因为有温泉，客流量大，一点服务意识都没有，哎，太差了~~ 再也不想住这了！！！

可能是过年吧，酒店管理比较乱，订了3个房间，一个特别冷，一个特别热，跟总台说了，没有反应。宾馆内没有小卖部，打的及不方便。
