New City Garden Hotel

I stayed at this hotel while on a business trip to Suzhou. Wowed me upon the first impression. When i arrived with the taxi, a doorboy came to open the car door. As soon as i went through the lobby, i was overwhelmed by the luxurious ambience. To be honest, I wasn't expecting that much for the low price I was paying. That could be just the price for a B&B in UK!

The location is great as it's to my destionation, a 20 Kuai taxi just enough. The staff is really nice and helpful and the room was nice and clean, and the facilities were good too.

What's more, there are plenty of dining options and i loved it - including western, Chinese, Japanese and Korean food.

I really recommend this hotel, as you feel really welcome and special, and it's super clean!

The service is good enough and I feel comfortable living in the room.However, the hardware is old and decoration style is out of fashion.

我是商務出差去住的,東翼4樓和式房住起來很舒服,房間格局也有現代感,但是吃早餐要走好遠的路去隔壁棟大樓吃,上上下下的很不方便。

每次出差苏州总是入住该酒店，环境很好，尤其是早餐比较丰富，客人也非常的满意。以后会常利用的。谢谢！

check-in時刷卡機竟然連三次說錯誤不能使用,check-out時另一台機器卻又能接受使用.有點小瑕疵,其他服務和房間都不錯

酒店一直都不错，但是这次没有来开夜床！另外早上9点多有维修的噪音，不过后来打了服务电话就没有了！还不错！

高楼层很棒、房间颜色偏暗，如果以明亮的色彩会更加舒服。卫浴设备不够奢华，通风排气好。
早餐品种不多，不过环境好也不会在意。

前台态度很好，服务提供很周到，客房内提供有水果，有地下停车场，免费，环境宜人。 下次还会考虑入住。

前台的服务生态度冷漠没有笑容，也不会主动告知早餐的地方，得自己找人问；此外，带了小孩也没有服务生会帮忙提行李；请他们多提供一套牙具，叫了两回还是没送来，像白痴一样傻等，超不爽；早餐服务生职业性的问了我们要喝什么？回答了要两杯咖啡，可早餐都吃完了，咖啡还不见影子；停车位也不够，入住那天下雨，地下停车位满了，得停地面，再淋雨进到酒店；晚上想开车到市区走走也不敢，怕回来没车位可停，闷啊！

外宾反馈说是她这次旅程最满意的酒店，而且有着这样专业，体贴的服务，价格却相对比较低的。相信下次在附近出差时还是会选择它！
