朋友说还不错，宽带免费，服务到位，档次很好，服务员也很漂亮，餐饮味道也不错，景观房更不错
所处的地方有点难找
我去深圳的次数不是很多，出门在外我的方向感很差，反正在去酒店的路上我找的很幸苦。香格里拉的大堂设计一如既往的好。但是房间感觉不是很宽敞。色调的设计很好，如果好找点就最好了。

很好很漂亮的酒店，相对于罗湖区五星级的酒店来说，价格贵很多，但是各方面的环境、卫生、服务都很好，下次还会继续入住。

Very good hotel
I booked this for my colleague. The hotel location is near SanLiTun. Overall a good experience as they had just renovated. Staff is pleasant. I will definitely book it for my colleague again.

香格里拉其实是新加坡的酒店品牌，总体来说无论哪个城市的香格里拉其实都很不错。无论是酒店设施，客房布置，还是餐饮服务都很好。酒店的自助餐相当不错，内容丰富口味好。

个方面都不错，无论房间卫生状况、酒店的服务，尤其是设施设备，我觉得比北京香格里拉酒店都上，周边环境也可以，后面出去就是超市。
酒店比较新,设施不错,服务也比较周到.大堂设计得比较合理,开阔,香味似乎大了点,前台说全球的相隔里拉都这样,记得罗湖的那个没这么香.
