Shangri-La Hotel Shenzhen

Bought a ticket from the business office for a bus to Hong Kong. They should have warmed me its a two hours wait at the border. Should have taken the train. Western Food at the hotel is great, Room attendant Great, DON'T EVERY USE THE SPA. RIPPOFF. Very poor service. They should close it down or get it run right.

Good location, great service, meals a bit expensive but good quality. Would stay there again.

I arrived at the hotel late and the king room I booked was unavailable at that time. But they upgraded to suite which was pretty good.

I was disappointed when I checked in, the room is poor and old-fashioned which is far from my imagination. But during my stay, I began to change my opinoin gradually.

The room amenities like bed, towel and room services are better than my expectation, especially the service staff. I was deeply impressed by them who were really kind, polite, considerate and well-trained.

The revolving restaurant on the top floor should be highly recommended.

The room is a little bit small but the bed is comfortable enough. I love the bookmark they gave so much.

Service is very good. everything meets 5 star standards. Just the room is too small and circumstance outside of the hotel is not so good since it is near the train station.

离罗湖口岸最近，走过火车站广场就到，仅十分钟路程，进出关都很方便。因酒店离火车站太近，周边环境也就差了许多，真是鱼与熊掌不可兼得。
