Friendly and welcoming staff provided great service. Room was attractive but a bit on the small side. Plenty of bars restaurants and an extensive gym and pool complex. Nice stay thanks.

I stayed there for seven days and I really appreciate their room service.

But the breakfast needs to be improved as I had the same breakfast for seven days. More choices is expected.

A nice hotel in Shenzhen's CBD. There is a bar street behind the hotel. A lot of bars like Coco Park and restaurant of different cuisines are available.

The room should be a little bigger and the breakfast costs too much.

Generally speaking, it is a good hotel with reasonable room rate and acceptable room service.

The room and service were more than marvellous. After a busy day, taking in nightscape from floor-to-ceiling window by the bathtub was VIP room's ultra indulgence. Top it all off was Mandara spa treatment, quite refreshing.

Services definitely below standard. Worst 5 five star hotel I ever visited.

环境好，自助餐也很好。像个五星级酒店。但周边环境一般了。自助餐是非常好，服务也好。

同事点名要住这家酒店，不仅距离开会的地点很近，周边设施也很齐备，出行方便，而且酒店的设施、服务等都是很好的，但是价格却也是不省银子的啊。
