999 Royal Suites & Towers

I rated transport 3/5 because it was just a little away from the main shopping and downtown action. Still from Lowu Train Station Border Crossing, it is about 15min by taxi maximum. So its my fault too.... I am used to getting from A to B in 2-5 minutes around Lowu district

The hotel staff service is wonderful and impeccable without a problem. I will recommend this apartment-hotel to anyone.

Quite nice hotel. First class service, well designed restaurant. Only downside is the speed of dinner ordering. Wish we had stayed for longer.

That was my first stay there. The lobby is not very large yet delicate. Staff are nice, and so is the room. I like the kitchen with complete facilities, and the room extremely clean. It was a moment of wow on most sides. Probably my only complaint is the location. It is well away from everything of interest.

The lobby is a bit small, yet the room is very pleasant, with a large living room and a well-appointed kitchen. There is a tea house in the vicinity, quite nice.

Good points are:
1. complimentary fruit
2. RMB 100 sunday coupon at western restaurant
3. welcome drink is good

Weak points are:
1. the bed is small
2. the promised pillows are not available
3. small and unprivate bathroom

The environment is generally good and comfortable. I booked the business room, which is quite spacious and including a nice petite kitchen. It is located a bit remote fromt the city center, yet in respect of the RMB 700 price, it is definitely a good choice. I would stay here again.

在网上找了一圈，深圳的五星酒店均价都在2000元以上，除了这一家。网上好评如潮，所以决定去试一试。酒店周边的商业氛围稍微差了一点儿，设施设备也稍微老旧了一点儿，但是总体印象是很良好的。房间很大，也舒适，价格十分实惠，没有来得及使用酒店的餐厅，健身房等设施，所以暂时无法评价。但是我肯定会再去入住，以便亲自体验。前台的服务是一定要体验的，英文名字叫做 Sarah 的女孩儿长得很甜，笑得很美，喜欢。尤其是前天还有一个韩国美女，将中文有一点儿怪怪的，但却听得很舒服，人也长得美，嘴还甜，真好。
小小的遗憾和笑话：我用了洗手间之后才突然发现洗手间门背后的钩子上挂着一条女用内裤，豹纹的，十分抢眼。想来想去没有想明白，先前入住的那位性感美女又是如何粗心大意到会忘记自己的底裤呢？她又是如何不穿底裤却又堂而皇之地离开酒店的呢？感谢老天俺老婆没有随后入住，否则俺不知道会有多少麻烦呢！
退房的时候，面对笑颜如花的Sarah和韩国美女，没好意思提起这件小插曲。嘻嘻。

我是给朋友订的房间;朋友说房间很不错;卫生环境交通都很方便;房间真就像在自己家一样;有厨房还可以煮饭;如果要是跟家人一起出来;一定要选这家酒店;我还会推荐朋友去住

酒店房间装修还可以，档次还可以，服务还可以，空间比较大，卫生状况良好，就是厨房形同虚设，还有就是缺少洗衣机，有些地方的公寓酒店有一台洗衣机的，如果有洗衣机就更完美了

离罗湖口岸较近，若去香港要从罗湖口岸进出，此家酒店不错，在“三九”后面，不吵闹，房间大，设施较新，酒店服务不错。
