Never experienced a worse InterContinental branch than this!! I checked in on Mar 10 and was told free laundering was unavailable, though they promised it on the website when I was booking online. They gave me a soft drink coupon for reminding them of their web claim.
Strong smells of paint in the corridor were very uncomfortable. Room was small. Welcome fruit didn't get delivered to my room until after 11pm.
The 2nd night when I took a shower, the water suddenly became yellowish. I called the reception and maintenance arrived a quarter hour later. Their solution was to let the water keep running for 5 minutes and then told me "It's OK now."
During the whole process, nobody said "sorry" to me or gave me a reasonable explanation.
I am very very disappointed with this InterContinental branch.
