酒店的工作人员服务态度不错，由于第二天我要去神农架滑雪场玩，在酒店买票60元/人，在滑雪场买要80元/人，她们还特意提醒我们这样会划算点。但酒店房间的硬件真是不敢恭维，浴室地漏太细，致冲凉后的水不能及时排走，浴室顿成泽国，差点要漫进房里了，花洒设置不合理，拉上浴帘也会把放在洗漱台上的衣服打湿，很不方便；室内的暖气不暖，我们将暖气开到最大并穿上毛衣也不能好好入睡。冬天真的不建议到这里住。后来我们转到一家新开的“军翔度假酒店”就爽多了，价格和酒店硬件都很值得推荐。
