Service in this hotel was really excellent. After getting up in the morning, I suddenly felt stomachache. So my husband went to buy medicine. When the hotel staff knew this, she immediately brought me some medicine and asked me how I felt. Unexpectedly, I also got free hot porridge, which really touched me a lot. I will stay at this hotel next time if I go to Shaoxing.

以前经常去绍兴，入住过多家酒店，比来比去还是富丽华好，多处入住了，有家的感觉。周围环境也不错。

一家很不错的酒店，房间设施齐全，交通方便，服务很及时，早晚餐也很丰富，品种较多，已经入住很多次了。以后还会入住。

酒店还是不错的，基本没什么好挑的。就是员工的交接培养需要注意，这次遇见的全是新换的员工，业务相当的不熟练，希望酒店在员工更替的时候，能够注意老员工带着新员工熟悉，否则，客人太不方便了。
