酒店的服务很差
酒店的硬件还可以，只是服务员和前台的服务态度实在是太差了。在前台开票时居然告知一大早就没有发票。这还是四星级酒店啊。太不可思议了

酒店测的设施还可以，但是房间里的烟味很重。浴室的排水不畅，积水严重。服务员基本培训明显不够。

一个县有这种酒店很不错了，价格也比较实惠，一楼餐厅也不错~服务很好
