First-class service! Someone was waiting for you when you reached there and even took the umbrella for you. There were waiters serving tea for you and the ginger tea was very nice.

When i reached there, China was just suffering from "the snow disaster", and there was only one guest - me. I felt like walked into the fairytale world in the book. The manager Mr. He was very kind as he arranged the best driver for me in case of the big snow blocking the mountain way. I was very appreciative of that.

每次去香格里拉，必去悦榕庄，藏式住宅，spa，都是让人难以忘怀。。。。

酒店硬件设施非常出色，缺点是位置比较偏远，在一个村庄内，不太好找，酒店早餐需要提前一天确定，品种比较少，特别是中餐

极具特色的藏式风格酒店，缺陷就是太偏僻，除了欣赏雪景外没什么可干的，还有就是洗手间在一楼，半夜上上下下的极不方便。

各方面都很好，空调啥的整天开着，感觉有点浪费资源，不过态度确实没得说。

酒店服务人员都很热情，房间也很干净，但房间洗手间是在楼下，再加上高原反应，因此有点不方便。其次是房间的取暖设备不够完善，其他方面都很好。总体来说，这里是个修身养性的好地方。

到香格里拉没有到悦榕庄等于没到过香格里拉

真正的世外桃源，交通不是很方便，在一个藏村旁边，重重大山包围，很美！

第一次入住悦榕庄系列的酒店。感觉非常棒。房间的感觉非常好。硬件设施的维护方面还需要加强一下，有些坏得设备没有及时维修。
