Pullman Oceanview Sanya Bay Resort & Spa

I stayed with my girlfriend 12 nights in this HOtel and it was OK! The Hotel is very new, so many things are in good function! The Hotel stuff is also very friendly and the meal is good! We enjoyed staying there! One thing what was not good is the Seewater. The water was often dirty and about 100m from the beach of the hotel we saw a canalization flowing into the Seawater, where we were swimming! This is not acceptable, but for me and my girlfriend it was not so hard! Me and my girlfriend were there during the rain season in September. The half of the time there was raining! So it was a little bit boring for us european tourists! In this case, we made a djungle tour with a guy named Frank. He was OK and he spoke very good english. But he took a lot of money from us for this trip! We did this trip only one time! If you want to make a trip, than ask the very friendly hotel consierge to help you to find a good place and don't spend so much money for this tourist catcher like Frank!

The hotel is new and the facilities are lovely. Certainly was not overcrowded by any stretch of the imagination. The pools are clean and very large. Access to the beach is via a safe underground tunnel as the road is busy. I am sure that, as the hotel becomes better known it will get far busier. Staff are struggling with English, but are very, very keen. The food is a bit hit and miss, but, again I expect this to improve as well. I would have no qualms about recommending this hotel and hope to return again.

性价比较高，泳池干净，房间风景不错，但是浴缸离床比较近，小朋友要小心路滑；酒店风格很喜欢

泳池很大，晚上有个泳池是热水，我们在三亚很愉快的度过了很多天，这里有很多美好但是又回不去的回忆，

参加了酒店的一家亲套餐，主要针对带孩子的家庭，总体不错。
酒店离海滩近，有专属地下通道可以到海边，很周到。泳池都很大，其中1.2m和0.6m的很适合小孩子。儿童游戏区分室内外两组，孩子每天都玩得很开心。
特别感谢美工部的ANDY和WILLIAM, 一个给我们拍全家福的时候非常热心，另一个在解决我的问题时，既耐心又高效。
现在淡季，酒店不开到机场的免费巴士。酒店大堂背街，几乎打不到车。酒店有自己的私家车队，送机服务30元，据出租车司机说，这个价格比出租车打表要贵10-15元，还是可以接受的。

不足的地方：办理入住时，前台服务员对一家亲活动一无所知，四处打电话询问，耽误了很长时间，表现得很不专业，不配5星酒店的服务水准，给客人的第一印象很不好。
服务员素质参差不齐，有的很NICE，有的服务态度生硬，让人不舒服。

THAT IS NOT MY FIRST TIME TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL. CHAIN HOTEL IN THE WORLD. AND A SPECIAL FARE RECENTLY. VERY GOOD TO RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.

每次过来海南都会选择这家酒店，本身是连锁品牌酒店，服务有保证，地理位置也好，离机场近，周边环境不错！

不足 早餐不如亚龙湾的铂尔曼

交通服务不行 叫车收费很高
酒店房间 到餐厅 很不顺畅

We only stayed for one night but it was a very enjoyable experience. The room was lovely, with a view overlooking the pool and even better view from the Red Sun Bar on the top floor. Staff were friendly and tried to help, although at times their english was limited. The Chinese restaurant was well worth the visit!

第一次选择三亚湾的酒店，感觉地理位置很方便，游泳池也很好，当我告知酒店没有wifi不能用ipad上网后，酒店很贴心的给我送来无线路由器，真的很感谢，下次还回来哈哈
