Serenity Coast Resort Sanya

We went to this nice facilities for 4 days, you have bus to go to the beach all the time during the day.
The hotel is really clean, but the service is really bad, my kid got sick and we order some rice with water, when the rice arrive ,y kid eat it without complaining but my wife got the same problem so she wanted to finish the rice.
The water got a big taste of water, they found excuse that they use oil to do the rice with water... but when we looked the water no oil at the top of water.
After 15 minutes we finally got the restaurant manager, they didn't let us pay the rice and give us 50 % discount for the meal but didn't give us any solution in case my kid really got problem with this food.

The service is the big bad wolf of this Hotel, when we comet o pay the hotel the girl use our credit card to make the payment but finally she mistaken on the amount... lucky us she get wrong way she makes us pay less.
So becarful when you go there...

Super nice suite with 4 large rooms (eating, living, 2 bed rooms for 2 people each, 2 bath rooms), all very new and perfectly clean, private large balcony. Great view to the sea in available rooms I think - I was in 24th floor). The bay is only for this resort and the Intercontinental - from the resort you can also use the beach of InterConti. Not very big beach - but very nice.

带着4个半月大的孩子一起出游，住了8天，主卧安排了一张婴儿床，是智高的，就是床底不太平，分了三段，中间那段略高一些。这种房型很适合家庭带着孩子一起住，有厨房和餐厅可以买回海鲜和菜自己做饭，其实就是酒店式公寓，不过设施还都不错。地点有点偏，但比较安静，选择的是高级海景家庭房，主卧可以看到海。和洲际酒店共享一个沙滩，需要做电瓶车去，也就几分钟。价格还是不错的，全家出游来算的话比较省钱。

这次入住的是双卧室套房，房间卫生可以，房间也挺大，次卧室百页窗挡不住光，阳台很大，海景不好，对面有两个工地。

我们是四大一小入住的，由于住了三天，客房免费升级到了临海临山套。景观非常好，背山面海。厨房很实用，从市场买了东西回来自己下厨，是一种乐趣。尤其是可以为小孩开开小灶，对孩子还是有好处的。服务到位，早餐也还不错。当然，早餐和五星级酒店相比还是有点差距的。说说不足的地方，主人房虽然有浴缸，但是没有淋浴设施，而且毛巾挂架的位置也很不便；另外，主人房的淋浴间和睡床之间没有帘子，还是不太方便的，因此，最后基本放弃使用主人房的沐浴功能了，除了给小孩洗澡之外。
总而言之，这个酒店适合一家大小入住，而且在三亚来说，这个价格还是有一定性价比的。

比喻成酒店式公寓因该不会错。1.酒店房间有洗衣机、电池炉、锅具和餐具免费。2.2房2厅1卫（当初没仔细看）事实上1卫非常的不便。3.酒店至沙滩，电瓶车2-3分钟，走路10-15分钟（用表计算过），沙滩非常的不便，不适合度假！4.走到酒店游泳池需要2-5分钟，简单点说就是不在酒店内。5.酒店内绿化及树木没有想象中得那样，由于之前住的是海韵，所以感觉是天和地的区别。6.服务态度不加评论，由于三亚是旅游城市，4星以上的酒店如果连服务都要提，那真的不敢恭维了，所以服务好是应该的。

很舒适的酒店，我们住的是一套170平方米的套房，有整套的厨房设备，有洗衣机，酒店还能提供茶具，真的很方便。
酒店提供的早餐也很丰富。
海滩没有闲杂人，都是住店的客人，地中海餐厅菜做得不错，海上餐厅也不错，只是价格贵了点。

酒店周边环境优雅，安静，设施齐全，很少闲人是个休息度假的好去处。
酒店提供的服务也很到位，服务员态度热情，诚恳，下次来海南还会住贵酒店。
酒店提供班车服务很是方便，只是希望在大堂门口张贴告示，通告一下酒店的班车是和洲际的通用，
不要让客人错过班车。

酒店房间很大，很适合一家人出游。临山临海的房间是边套，看海还是不错的。就是给山挡住了不少。
但是沙滩和周围的景色比较一般。
