Huayu Resort & Spa Yalong Bay Sanya

The accommodations were really nice, as I''d expect for the price. The hotel is located just across the street from the beach, so you can walk there in five minutes or take a golf cart from the lobby. The hotel has its own restaurants, but is also conveniently located on Crown Plaza, which is the main restaurant and shopping area of Yalong Bay,

My room had a lovely mountain view, but the hotel is building some new villas and a dining hall on that side, so while it was fairly quiet while I was there, this might not be the case all the time.

I went holidaying at Hainan Island with a group of good friends and we choose the Crowne Plaza via Ctrip and we were not disappointed at all. We stayed for a total of 3 nights at just over $100 per night, which is great value for a 5 star resort hotel.
As the saying goes, time flies when you're having fun and boy were we having fun. The 4 days and 3 nights were total bliss! The rooms were wonderfully lavish and modern, with spacious bathrooms and tubs.
Buffet breakfast was included and it was pretty good as well, much better than some of the hotel breakfast we had in other parts of China. The swimming pool is one of the nicest we have seen so far. The heated pool is great for those who wish to swim in the evening and you can even play volleyball in the pool which we did! The beach is around 5mins walk from the hotel which is the only negative about this place. Beach area is rather small and beach chairs are limited, so you have to be early to grab one. There is a shopping center located beside the hotel with restaurants that serve different kinds of cuisine and a mini supermarket as well. The hotel provides free and fast internet access as well!
We were won over! Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

I paid ￡100 per night for a twin room which is excellent value in my opinion for a 5 star resort in Sanya.

The Good:
The room is wonderfully large, lavish, luxurious, clean and everything else you would expect and want in a 5 star hotel. The bathroom has a glass wall which allowed you to watch TV while in the massive tub and speakers in the bathroom if you can't hear the TV.
The actual resort is very nice and clean, there were 2 large pools and a spa which provided mostly massages and aroma therapies.
There were nice touches like shops for souvenirs and swimsuits if you've forgotten yours at home. Fruit shops at a price, nice bars and restaurants which were a bit pricy but that's standard for hotels I guess.
The staff services were excellent without question and they spoke great English. Always had a wonderful smile whenever I walked by.

The Bad:
As with all the high end resorts in Sanya, it comes with a stretch of beach. The Crowne is no exception however this stretch of beach is tiny and would never be able to accommodate the hotel's needs if at full capacity. And the hotel is not built on the beach but across the road and you had to walk out of the actual hotel to reach it.

All in all, my whole experience at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Sanya has left something wanting. Maybe it's because of the lack of atmosphere as there were around 20 total guests staying there. It was quiet far from the airport and I think my taxi driver ripped me off while knowing I was staying at a high end resort. Would consider staying at another hotel resort the next time I travel to Sanya.

较满意，早餐丰富，我订的为泳池房，泳池水里有树上掉下来的死蚂蚁，吃饭方便，唯一不足是洗手间加装抽气扇就好了。

出差到这边入住，免费升级了房型，住了泳池房，但门口的泳池实在太小太鸡肋。气候关系，底楼房间里的除湿机一个晚上一缸水。。过于潮湿了。。

酒店为仿古建筑古色古香，离海边非常近。房间足够大，特别是卫生间，中间安了一浴缸。

就在亚龙湾的中心，到附近的各家酒店都挺方便，住的环境很不错，按这个价格来说，支持

酒店的服务很好,环境也不错,早餐更是不用说了,吃饭很方便,酒巴店的后面就是购物餐饮的百花谷.还有私人海滩,早上和晚上可以去散步.

环境很好，酒店设施也可以，就是周边购物不方便。游玩期间的购物餐饮都是去旁边的美食街去的。不过景区的物价实在是高，一瓶水的价格都翻了倍。要知道这里离市区并不是太远呀。最后转了几圈居然是必胜客的价格最实惠，吃的人也最多。
