Hilton Sanya Resort & Spa

I stayed with my girlfriend 3 nights in this Hotel and it was soso! The Hotel is not the newest, what you can see in the rooms! Me and my girlfriend were there during the rain season in September. The most time there it was raining! So it was a little bit boring for us european tourists! There is a fitness room and a open sauna area. One afternoon me and my girlfriend went to the sauna area and we both were dissapointed! In the women sauna one part was not working and the area was full of insects and frogs! In the men sauna both rooms were working, but in the dry sauna room it was about 130°C, what shows me again the chinese stupid way of trying to copy europe things without taking care of it! Furthermore for every little thing (like Internet) you have to pay money! This is very very expensive - just to make sure, that you have already payed a lot of money for staying there some nights! The food is OK, but nothing special! I would not come back to this hotel and make holiday in China - because for that money i have spent there, i can make a super luxury holiday somewhere else!

Best family vacation ever! The staff was helpful and the kids loved the pool. We are American and my kids can swim very well however being young the guards tried to keep them in the shallow end. After showing them that they were strong swimmers they were reluctantly to swim in the deep end. Beyond that I very much enjoyed the Hilton and they outdid themselves with this resort.

As usual Hilton came through. The resort was amazing and in the summer Sanya is ten times more beautiful. The staff was helpful but sometimes unresponsive to requests. I think it was mostly a language barrier but sometimes they seemed to fain interest. Very different than other Hiltons I have stayed at. The swim up bar is second only to the comfort of the rooms. We booked in advance, however still had trouble getting into our room. My advice is to plan ahead and take your time with the hotel staff. It can be frustrating sometimes. But overall the time spent there was very much worth any frustration.

Marvellous Hotel! Things that made this hotel better than others I have stayed in were the small touches.

During check-in, the front desk offers complimentary lemon tea and iced towel. In summer holiday, buffet breakfast is free for children.

Various swimming pools are the most impressive.

The Hilton comes with complete amenities and all the bonuses you'd expect in a 5-star hotel.
Beach, water sport and swimming pool are very impressive for a fitness nut like me.
Buffet breakfast offers western, Japanese, South Korean and Chinese style.
The service was very friendly yet professional.
If I have to find a fault, it could only be the overpriced coconut juice.

去三亚之前，定酒店真的是崩溃，看携程上各种评论，众说纷纭，天天看到半夜也不知哪家好，很担心因为酒店的问题会影响自己的旅程，最终在出发前一晚，一狠心定了希尔顿，基本上是没有折扣的，定了3天，到了之后，出奇的好！我们定的是家庭套餐，有接送机服务，飞机提前半小时到了，我们还很担心没有人接，一到出口就看到接机大叔举着名字等着我们！到了酒店，我们定的大床房没有了，前台马上给升级了景观房，不到十分钟就好了！房间蛮好的，看到的是酒店的景色，打扫卫生也很及时迅速，住的几天感觉都很好，后来又延住了2天，又让酒店送我们到机场，整个过程都很美好！！！！！！！！！！！！

环境一流，尽管是老牌酒店，但硬件还是非常不错，只是浴室设计方面还不是很好用。空调感觉没有很好的效果。

亚龙湾的一线海景酒店，私家海滩和泳池很不错，酒店服务也很好，但个人觉得还是贵了点，旁边的酒店看起来应该也不错，总的来说信价比不是很高

规定15点才能入住，入住快16点了。不爽，有缺斤少两的感觉。不过进入酒店海滩，心情好多了
