Sanya Haiyue Bay Holiday Hotel

Unlike my Chinese colleagues celebrating their Spring Festival with their family, I went for Sanya and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It was good, but not perfect in at least 2 aspects. The warm-hearted receptionist was not familiar with surrounding scenic spots and the washroom was stuffy.

The superior queen room turned out to be a multi-level room. I wondered if I got a free upgrade and was told by front desk all superior queen rooms of this hotel are multi-level. Highly recommmended for a nuclear family.

The pool-view room in affiliated villa didnot match its four-star rating. I would not complain about simple room facilities as far as they worked. The fact was it did not have. Everytime I badly needed sth from a safe to an iron, I called front desk and borrowed one.

携程电话给预订的酒店，四星的酒店不知道是怎么评上的？？房间卫生太差了！！！，沙发居然还补着补丁，而且脏的让人不忍目睹，楼梯全是灰尘，床单让服务员又换了新的，洗澡干脆是凉水澡。早餐就更别提了，总之一个字，差！！！！

帮忙同事定的，说干净，服务不错。关键是价格适当，很适合一家三口经济型旅游，出入方便，安全

设施比较齐全，但只有雅致房会好点，只是卫生就真不怎么样，但是离海近，吃东西很方便！

性价不高,蚊子多,窗帘破.还有早上未睡醒就被外面嘈醒了.网线不在桌子上,有网线我也不知到把电脑放在那里好...很差很差喇....

我们的窗户刚好对着游泳池，风景不错，而且酒店还送几样水果，二瓶水，不错。酒店出门右手边就有二家超市，一家是卖南国特产，一家是卖春光特产，超市门口还有卖水果的，方便极了！

入住了2天，住的是跃层大床房，一开始入住的那个宽带不能用，后来协商又换了一间，酒店算是性价比比较高的，离海边，机场都比较近，就是周围设施比较少，东西卖的比较贵，交通不如大东海便利，做8路车要去国光那里，步行还是比较远的。酒店有游泳池，还赠送了2张康乐劵，但是健身房里没有空调，看了一下就走了，没有用。。。每天还赠送2瓶水，2袋咖啡，咖啡很好喝

酒店忽悠人，我团购的是三亚海悦湾的池景房到我正常入住还不如住的招待所，满屋的蚊子，卫生也很差，环境也很差，建议大家以后入住时要注意，小心上当受骗！
