excellent location and clean, warm room...for the price.

The room was nice, classy and well decorated. The location of the hotel is just great like is the view on the sea.
The hotel staff is helpfull and smily.
The only thing i could criticize is the carpet that is old and not so clean.
The food and drinks in the fridge are so cheap! for ex : only 5kuai for a tsingtao or 3kuai for crackers. That is surprising for a 5 stars hotel. I have a very good impression of this hotel.

Indeed a very very nice hotel. Right by the seaside, very convenient. Rooms are also nice, so is the service. I like the quietness best.

If the price no longer goes up, I'll definitely return. I booked a room for 398 RMB per night(including breakfast, two bottles of mineral water per day and some fresh fruits). The room is not large yet sufficient. If you prefer the "older" Qingdao, this is a good choice. The hotel faces the sea across Taiping Rd, a very narrow road. The room decor is European style.
The window seats in the restaurant on the first floor have impressive views of the sea. I like it very much. All the work staff I came across are nice and patient.
I have two suggestions for improvement: there were too many plastic flowers in the room. Real flowers would have been better and get rid of the clean wrap for the fruits, not only to preserve the environment but also reduce the costs.

离火车站很近，交通方便；离栈桥景点也很近；又不嘈杂，比较安静；服务也比较好。山东人比较实在，在青岛用不着像在南方那样小心。很满意。

订的是阁楼房，登记时发现剩下的阁楼房只有顶上有小窗的了，感觉不够敞亮。刚好前台建议去看看商务海景房，一看之下，海景非常好，就加了钱入住海景房了。酒店位置很好，就在海边，去栈桥和海军博物馆都很近，离八大关也不远。如果行李不多，去火车站溜达十几分钟就到了。服务挺舒服的，早餐也不错。

离大海很近，从青岛站走十分钟的路就到，这个价格这个服务已经相当不错了，到夏天就没这个优惠了。
总体装修服务都很周到

帮朋友预定的，到底怎么样，朋友没说，但是从外和价格来说还是很不错滴，店外就是栈桥前海，很适合外地朋友住

入住的是商务海景房,三楼,直接看到海,大飘窗,太爽了.最主要的,以酒店为圆心,青岛的景点都囊括其中了~ 这次还推荐了家里人都来住王子酒店~
