My wife, our baby boy and I stayed five nights in this great hotel. I had booked it because of Ctrip's high ratings and I have to say, the high ratings were well deserved. I have seldom experienced such great and consistent service. Most of the staff speak sufficient English and they try very hard to accommodate. As an example, we had reserved a room with a baby cot and found not only a nice cot but a baby tub, a bottle of baby oil, two cuddly toys and towels on most tables to protect the child from the sharp edges and corners.
All facilities are very clean, the rooms are checked at least three times a day and any issues are handled immediately. I let the hotel staff know that I was having difficulty with the Wifi and within ten minutes a gentleman showed up to install a signal booster in the room.
The pool area is being refurbished/expanded and will probably be ready by Spring 2012, that is looking promising too. The restaurants are good as well so you can say that I'll probably be booking with them again. As I told my wife "If I were to set up a hotel myself, this is were I would learn how to provide perfect service." |
