Nanning Hotel

I stayed here for four nights. This hotel has a good location at the largest shopping area in Nanning and about five minutes walk to the river walk. My room was in the back of the hotel, so it was mostly quiet. The first room I stayed in was supposed to have WiFi, but actually does not have internet access. However the next morning I was able to switch rooms and was provided with an internet cable. One thing different from other hotels is that the password to use the internet changes each day. Therefore every morning, I needed to call the front desk and ask for today's password. I am not familiar with the English speaking level because all communication was in Chinese.

The breakfast is pretty good, but I must walk outside the building to another building, then take an elevator to the 8th floor to have breakfast. The television is the old CRT type, but I didn't plan to watch tv much anyway. The bed is hard, but I didn't mind.

有件事情很令我失望：我的外地客人由于开发票时没有认真核对单位名称，回家后发现错误就致电给酒店前台，前台先生说让我的客人寄发票过来更换，发票到后折腾了大半天才得以解决，而且解决的过程很让我失望，服务实在差。

服务态度差，前台服务员没有素质欠缺，说话不算数，没有责任心，财务人员更是傲慢无比

服务员态度差，财务人员态度也很差，不重视客人的问题，周边环境也一般，房间设备较陈旧，空间也较小

服务水平不达标，内部管理较差，没有重视客人的问题，也没有及时帮客人解决，酒店设施陈旧，空间小。

整体不错，就是早餐服务一般，还有半个钟头才结束早餐自助餐，就不添加食物了！酒店地处巿中心，周围配套齐全，交通四通八达。

住的豪华大床房，180度的环绕观景落地玻璃幕窗，可惜看下去的是一片废墟般的破房子群。毛巾很旧，卫生还可以，床很硬，床品还可以。总之旧酒店了，性价比还可以。

因为两、三件小事，对这个酒店的感觉差得很。我从携程订了两天的房，入住时，告知只能住一天；一定要住两天的话，需要打电话给上级。当时我累得要死，想尽快休息，只好答应住一天。进房间后，发现一只大苍蝇在飞，打它用了十分钟。还有一个很不方便的地方是：散客吃早点太麻烦，需要到配楼的八楼，种类很少，服务态度相当差。
总之，给人的感觉就是，在这家酒店，散客是不重要的，爱来不来，靠会议包场就足够啦！

房间大，服务好，不过配套设施差了一点，早饭更是不符合5星的标准，希望以后能改进。以后还会入住。

分两栋，从前台到入驻的那栋楼，有点远；看别人评价，似乎两栋是有差异化的。
早餐不方便，性价比不高；
