很多配套还没有。但环境优雅，风景非常漂亮，晚上也很安静，西餐有待提高专业水准。
公园里的酒店
第一次入住，感觉还可以，是一个主题公园式的酒店。了解客家文化，客家建筑的介绍，只是在客栈客房到前台距离较远，有点不便。
酒店不错，房间超小，携程描述不实。
这次朋友家庭出游定了5间房间。酒店环境不错，但是通过携程订的客栈大床房房间超小，根本没有携程上说的有28-32平方，大家都觉得很憋气，第一次觉得用携程有受骗的感觉，作为白金贵宾，感觉对携程印象打了很大的折扣。

在梅州住过的最好的酒店位置在客天下公园内，景色很美很有客家特色，硬件很好服务要跟上珠三角就好了

湖光山色，风景秀丽
四月初约几个朋友自驾到了客天下，从携程上订的这个酒店，一走进客天下景区就吸引住了，风景优美，湖光山色，真没想到这酒店无论何种角度,完美到了极致,吃得也很不错，下次一定还要去多住几天

客家风情浓郁，湖光山色，精制园林，华丽建筑的结合
酒店本身就是梅州最靓丽的风景之一，有很多玩的，适合全家度假的酒店。虽然现在还有景区在施工，但是现有的景区已经很有趣了。非常推荐。
五星标准，休闲挺好
投资大，规模大，装修标准高，也很有特色，就是客家小镇的房间小了点，有点压抑
