The location is good, very near the centre...the hotel is nice outside, but inside...oh my god!!! is very very dirty...very cold...the dependents are very scourtesely!!! i never come back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad hotel
hotel that on appearance seems beautiful, then it turns out not much clean one and the staff to the reception is very bad! breakfast " maybe just" for Chinese people..
My last visit
The hotel is introduced well, but to the reception little kind and educated too. The cleansing very leaves to wish and like breakfast for the foreigners there is large little to eat.
服务还算可以，但硬件设施实在不值这个价钱
办理入住时服务员送上奶茶感觉很好，但之后房间电脑无法上网足足搞了4、5个小时才搞定，而且行政间是双床，没有冰箱，除了欧式的家具比较特别外，其他真的不值这个价钱。
服务印象深刻
服务很好。对房间不满意，细心调换。房间属欧式风格，卫生不错。酒店所在位置处于市中心。谷歌地图错票位置，查询务必注意。
交通方便
出行方便，很市中心的地方，离火车站也不远，对面就是王城公园。就是价格偏贵，房间地毯有点脏，设施也有点旧了，有些灯啊什么的开关都出故障了，其他都还不错。
前台服务差，酒店管理混乱
通过携程订酒店四间房，还通过信用卡担保了。可是等到晚10点多到了酒店，前台一男工作人员竟然告知只有一间房，说携程出的订单就只有一间。我查了携程，没有出错，要工作人员打印订单给我看，一直不能出示，找各种理由。最后，他们竟告诉携程是因为酒店临时有客人没有退房，所有没房间，前后理由完全不同。这样的两边忽悠，太没有职业道德了。最后，是携程协商才给了我们住房。而酒店方，一句道歉都没有。他们的前台负责人和大堂经理，态度恶劣，推诿责任。这种服务态度，还值得和携程签协议吗？这样只会毁了携程的信誉。洛阳是个很美丽的城市，可是，洛阳波西米亚酒店的态度给洛阳丢脸了！！！

该酒店地价格高，设施一般，服务一般，早上出门打车服务生不知跑去哪里，最后还得自己去马路边拦车

酒店很干净，但是不象四星级更象商务酒店，只有几层搂没有四星级酒店的气派，完全不值600多块。下次不会再定这个酒店
