For Luoyang it's a very nice Hotel. Reasonable price and very friendly and professional staff. Generally positiv. Some small things to complain. In 21th floor you have to wait long for hot water. Also the room and the floor are a bit smelly. The breakfast is unfortunately not very "Western Style" like as well. But this is my judgement as a foreigner. Very positiv is the Laundry Service.

酒店外观非常大气，看起来像政府机关大楼样的，酒店用餐服务非常好，价格也很便宜味道很好，住店客人酒店用餐还打折，这项服务非常好，应该每家酒店都像这家就好啦！
