设施陈旧，环境比较偏，是公交车的终点了。酒店看来与政府关系不错，可能是政府的招待所，很丽水的商会关系较好

设施比较旧了，有蚊子。早餐不够丰盛！价格在丽水算马马虎虎吧！

酒店真的是旧了！清洁还算不错！早餐一般！外面有点吵！
一般化的酒店
房间很大，但整体看上去有点老的感觉，外面走廊老是有服务生跑来跑去，很吵的感觉，（因为我住3楼。旁边就是一个宴会厅）。外面出租车十分难打，要走50米才有热闹一点的地方的才有了打。早餐也很一般。但房间外的环境还好，好像是一个江边公园。整体上普通的出差还对付的过去。
周围交通方便
大床房睡得都比较舒服，酒店服务很到位，我们比较认同。对于这个价格来说，酒店环境各方面也还算不错。
