When the sun goes down, Saffron offer Thai cuisine with a modern twist. For something unique, guests can book a special dinner for two in the Banyan Tree's private beachside villa. However, with 24 hour in-villa dining, guests don't actually have to go anywhere.

Two fully-equipped meeting rooms with audio-visual equipment, LCD projectors, microphones, whiteboards, WiFi and broadband internet offer flexible seating options and can be remade for corporate lunches, board meetings and more. Additional business services, like shipping, photocopying and faxing can be taken care of in the hotel business center. The 200-person ballroom, fitted with audio-visual equipment, is also available for business or social events.
