酒店位置不错，在喀什大十字附近，但是酒店一般，酒店设施有点老，而且楼下的KTV有点吵
名不符实
四星级酒店总台服务差，客房设施陈旧，卫生一般，网线也没有，价格还不低！要改善服务素质！更新房间设施！增加无线网络！
酒店一般，说的是4星，其实至多就是3星半
酒店一般，不要住8楼以下的房间，因为KTV在5楼，半夜会有很吵很吵的声音，停车还是比较方便的。
千万别住7楼
这个酒店去了N次，但是千万别住7楼 ，因为5楼是KTV，晚上会让你睡不好的，应该说挂4星的牌子，至多就是一个三星半

房间不干净，地毯尤其脏，而且不接受国外信用卡
