酒店位置方便,休闲场所,酒店服务态度良好.但酒店打TAXI不方便,可能凯里市就是这个状态.酒店热水供应有点问题,另外吃饭也不方便

电脑屏幕不能显示，搞了半天没弄好,烂，不过没什么更好酒店

房间大，有4星感觉，位置市中心，早餐也不错，大堂看起来不去太气派。

酒店性价比较高，相较其他四星级酒店，但酒店位置不太好，周边配套饮食娱乐场所较少。

商业环境比较好，交通方便，但是酒店环境而言，性价比不高，

酒店挂4星，家具比较久了，看看只有3星的标准。服务还算可以，就是停车比较困难。

入住了2间单间，好像是328元的，很满意！个别前台的义务能力还要提高些！
