Zhongzhou International Hotel

Hotel is in a location where taxis are for the call across the main road; good elevation of the lobby; okay room; bath kits and towels could be better. Breakfast not with variety but okay for the local travellers; even an usual omelette was not available in the breakfast and the chef was puzzled when asked about it!! House was under some renovation or repairs on the day of my stay. Very noisy drilling and boring here and there much to the discomfort of the guests - the most pitiable thing was none of the staff were concerned about this disturbance!!! Seems that is the attitude of the staff. Rooms were swept and cleaned and well maintained. The hotel would be great had there been explanations in english of its facilities....this was a real problem - even TV had a couple of channels in english which the TV guide in the room was not mentioning of. A star hotel with local patrons in mind.....

Nice hotel, 5-star quality. I got some fresh fruits and a painting named Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival. The price is expensive, but for a 5-star hotel it was okay. Room comfortable, surroundings okay.

This hotel may be the best one in Kaifeng city, the expense a bit high. Actually I didn't have a good time in Kaifeng, however the hotel was international and fine.

I stayed in a deluxe garden-view room. The room was newly decorated. Though the hotel was open on October last year, I couldn't smell any chemical scents. The environment was fine, facilities completed, bed big, it was a 2 x 2 m bed, soft and comfy. The TV was a 42' LCD, with free movies, which was so cool. The bathroom was clean and the bathtub large. The speed of broadband internet access was very fast, nice!
The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. No matter you encountered a lobby manager or an ordinary waiter, they always put on a smiling face. I felt I was at home.
The Western restaurant served tasty food, I liked the buffet very much.
Would choose to stay here again. =)

相比较北京的5星酒店，这家还是差些！房间里面的陈设不是很好！房间的地毯明显的老旧，而且清洗的不很很干净，不能光脚必须要穿拖鞋！但是服务态度很好！进房后并没有矿泉水，因为赶着给孩子冲奶所以问客房服务部要的水！赠送的小吃也是在电话提醒后才送来！

开封还有这么好的宾馆，挺好，不错
可惜不含早餐，美中不足

环境，装修，空间都不错，带着小孩可以安静的休息了，就是酒店临着大路，晚上不知道声音大不大

舒适的酒店,房间配置电脑，卫生服务都不错，酒店的设施比较新的，在开封是个不错的酒店。

网上预订时只有1间房了，只能通过电话联系携程，又为我们争取了一间，比较满意。酒店不错，卫生好设施新。

房间干净整洁，设施较新，睡眠服务不错（可更换合适的枕头），商务设施不齐全，没有电脑。整体值得入住。不含早餐的价格稍贵。
