Jiuyuan International Hotel

My stay at Jiuyuan Hotel was my worst hotel experience ever in China. Fist of all, it is far too expensive for the quality of the premises and room.Everything is dull and dark. The buffet breakfast is of very bad quality.It is a tiny buffet for a huge crowd so you can imagine how easy it is to get access to the food! But most (and worst) of all the hotel staff is absolutely obnoxious, arrogant and racist.I was really eager to leave such an awful place. This is a shame such a negative place should be proposed by CTrip.

从来没有住过这么差的酒店，没有热水，空调没温度，房间里灯光灰暗，比一般小旅馆还要差许多，

热水限时，而且不热，要求调换房间爱答不理，半夜最冷的时候把空调的电给断了

房间设施很差,壁纸脱落,服务人员倒都还热情,早餐可以不吃

虽然有心理准备，还是感觉离四星标准距离很远，国庆期间八百多的价格实在不值

严重名不所值 值不符实，携程怎么会出现如此低级错误，严重误导游客，影响携程信誉

卫生间满是污垢, 墙纸剥落, 连牙刷牙膏都要收费. 选这家酒店要做好心理准备.

整体比较满意，干净整洁，离九寨景区近，性价比较高。
卫生间设施稍微有些简陋。
